Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeployClaw ("the Service"), operated by Macrofix Software Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

DeployClaw provides managed deployment and maintenance of OpenClaw on servers you provide (self-hosted model). We install, configure, update, and monitor your OpenClaw deployment while you retain full ownership and control of your server infrastructure.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@deployclaw.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining your server infrastructure
• Supplying valid API keys for your chosen AI providers
• Ensuring your use of OpenClaw complies with applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your server credentials
• All content generated and actions taken by your OpenClaw gateways
• Backing up your own data and configurations

7. Subscriptions and Payments

DeployClaw offers free and paid subscription plans with recurring billing. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' advance notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service in addition to these Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the DeployClaw platform are owned by Macrofix Software Private Limited. You retain full ownership of your own data, server configurations, and any content generated through your use of OpenClaw on your infrastructure. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for continuous access to our management platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. OpenClaw operates on your infrastructure, and its availability depends on your server uptime and configuration. DeployClaw assumes no liability for downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployClaw and Macrofix Software Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. We are not liable for actions taken by OpenClaw on your server, data loss on your server, or costs incurred from third-party AI providers.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive use of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, we will remove our management software from your server upon request. You may request a copy of your stored account data by contacting our support team prior to termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
