DeployClaw is operated by Macrofix Software Private Limited. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, refunds, and subscription management on our behalf.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with DeployClaw for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment. No questions asked.

2. Subscription Renewals

Refunds for subscription renewals are available within 14 days of the renewal charge. If you no longer wish to use DeployClaw, you can request a refund for the most recent renewal payment.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
